I have read this work of my own volition, and this review reflects my honest opinion of My Cleanest Dirty Shorts. This is a really good book to read on a gloomy winter day.
Remember those dreams we all had as teenagers, to wander at will, see the world, do what we want when we want, where we want? Kevin Hill was brave enough to set off, beginning a ten-year walk-about through Europe and the Americas. These stories are gleanings from those travels, watching this youngster mature into the man he is today. There is lots of booze and some sex involved, but all in all an excellent look into those dreams we share with Kevin.
